Fancify accepts payment via PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and more.

2. How can I contact you?

3. The price on my order confirmation does not match the amount that was taken from my account. Why is that?

The prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please convert the amount into your own currency before placing your order. The amount taken from your account reflects the total in your currency. For any questions, please email customerservice@shopfancify.com.

4. I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. We start processing orders immediately upon confirmation. Please double-check your order and apply any discount codes before placing it. For further assistance, please email customerservice@shopfancify.com.

5. How do I add a discount code?

After adding items to your cart, enter the discount code on the checkout page. Click "Apply" to see the updated order total reflecting the discount. Please apply all discount codes before placing your order, as we are unable to update or refund after the order is placed.

6. How do I check my order status?

If you have an account, log in and click on 'ACCOUNT' at the top right-hand corner of the site. On the left, you will find your account information, and in the main area, you will see your 'Order History' if you have previously ordered from us.

7. I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

8. How can I track my package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your chosen shipping method has tracking).

9. What if I put in the wrong address?

If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update the address. However, if it has already shipped, we are not responsible. We charge a reshipment fee. Please email customerservice@shopfancify.com with any concerns.

10. What if my package is lost?

Fancify is not responsible for items lost by the mail carrier or any shipping service. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

11. What if my package was returned to the sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend it. Please double-check all addresses before placing an order.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our jewelry products worldwide.

13. How long does it take for jewelry products to be delivered?

Processing & Dispatching Time for Non-custom Jewelry Product: 2-5 business days
Processing & Dispatching Time for Custom Jewelry Product: 7-15 business days
Delivery Time for all Jewelry Products:

  • US: 8-20 days
  • Europe: 8-20 days
  • Canada: 8-20 days
  • Australia: 8-15 days
  • Rest of the World: 10-30 days

14. Something wrong with your order?

Please contact customerservice@shopfancify.com within 7 days of delivery for any issues with your order. Keep the jewelry in its original packaging and include the original packaging slip for further investigation.

15. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

At this time, we only accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at customerservice@shopfancify.com.

16. Do you offer repairs?

We offer repairs for items purchased within 7 days. A fee is charged for every repair. Please contact our support team at customerservice@shopfancify.com for an assessment and free estimate.
